Tony Garcia – President & CEO
A successful entrepreneur and inventor, Tony has over 30 years of electronic product development, manufacturing and marketing experience. One of the pioneers responsible for creating the fitness entertainment category, Tony co-founded the original Broadcast Vision Inc. and brought to market the first FM TV transmitter for health clubs in 1994, the first wireless Cardio Theater style system in 1996 and the first LCD TV for cardio machines in 1998. Tony has launched various companies with successful exits including the Enercise Inc. merger with ClubCom/Cardio Theater acquired by Precor Inc. for $25 million. Tony launched MYE Technologies in 2005 focused on OEM/ODM services, building a solid patent portfolio and securing long-term patent licenses aligned with MYE product strategies. His vision and drive have resulted in the successful growth of MYE Technologies in various market sectors to become one of the most trusted OEM/ODM development and manufacturing firms serving industry-leading brands.
Marty Wolf – Chief Operating Officer
A senior global operations and product development executive, Marty has experience commercializing products across a wide variety of industries with an emphasis in consumer electronics, devices, and wireless accessories. For the past 15 years he has been creating and growing successful emerging technology products and companies. Marty holds several patents and has led the design, creation, and production of many products for globally recognized brands such as Gibson Brands, Blue Microphone, Line 6, TYLT and Beckman Coulter Medical Devices. He has a Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management.
Chris Hern – Vice President of Product Development
An electrical engineer and inventor with over 25 years of experience, Chris has been instrumental in the development and production of many innovative products for the commercial pro-audio market. His work experience includes successful companies such as Alesis, Digital Music, Event Electronics, Voodoo Labs and the Decibel Eleven brand owned by MYE, Inc. He holds a BA in Electrical Engineering.
Ron Pace – Vice President of Business Development & Engineering
A recognized product innovator, technology pioneer and senior business leader, Ron has more than 25 years of design and development experience launching world-class, industry-leading hi-tech, wireless and consumer electronics products. Ron has successfully led high-performing product innovation teams at top global organizations, including Motorola Mobile Devices, TOMY, Safety 1st, U.S. Robotics, ASIC Designs, and PaceMark Technologies. He holds a B.S.E.E., Electrical Engineering, from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
Frank McDonald – Vice President Product Management & Quality Control
Frank brings over 20 years of leadership and experience in fitness entertainment system development and quality control. Prior to MYE, Frank served as general manager of operations for Broadcast Vision from 1996 to 2005. Frank is responsible for managing multiple aspects of product management and quality control with extensive knowledge in manufacturing, regulatory testing, logistics, technical support, customer service, and product development.
Laura Garcia – Director of Sales
With over 10 years working in bariatric medicine dealing with the causes, prevention, and treatment of obesity, Laura entered the fitness industry in 2001 with the team that launched Enercise, Inc. Laura worked through two acquisitions by Cardio Theater/ClubCom and Precor. During this time Laura managed international distribution, domestic sales, and new business development. As director of sales, Laura manages MYE sales representatives, international dealers, direct key accounts and supports major fitness equipment clients.
Ken Hanks – National Sales Manager
With over 25 years in the fitness industry, Ken has been successful in long term relationship building and strategic selling. A motivated, goal-oriented sales professional with experience in various roles from sales representative to regional manager, national accounts manager, and director of commercial sales. Ken’s experience includes direct business, vertical markets, and dealer networks. Over the course of his career, Ken has held positions with leading manufacturers including StairMaster, SportsArt Fitness, Nautilus, Life Fitness, Reebok, and Star Trac. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a minor in Health Promotion and teaching licenses in both fields.
John Curtin – Chief Financial Controller
John brings a diverse breadth of Accounting and Financial experience to MYE Inc. Before joining MYE, John was responsible for managing and allocating over $2 Billion in investment funds for Sterling Capital Group of Companies. He began his career by founding the Ghost Tribe Entertainment and Lazarus Technologies companies responsible for developing the now industry-standard facial animation used by New Golden Digital and employed throughout the industry. John has consulted with over 30 companies implementing ERP systems and provided valuable solutions for pressing business issues. John describes himself as a Capital Allocator with a talent for simplifying the complexities of Finance. John Curtin holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Biola University.
